Green Bathroom Remodel - Puppy Approved!
It’s hard to even put into words what this space looked like before… the short version? “Not right.” 😆 That’s where the Green Bathroom Remodel began. For this project, our co-owner Faye wanted a bathroom that felt like her: fresh, timeless, and calming. It wasn’t just a bathroom remodel, though… this space also doubles as a laundry room. And when you’re juggling family life, the last thing you need is a space that feels overwhelming.
Our goal? Create a bathroom and laundry combo that’s as functional as it is beautiful. A relaxing retreat with timeless finishes, layered textures, and smart storage that makes everyday life feel a little easier.

Starting off with the paint color, she chose to color drench the walls with Sherwin Williams Dried Thyme. So good!

The flooring is a Menards LVP product called Great Lakes Legends - Hickory Natural Luxury Vinyl Plank. ✅ Puppy approved.

This newly remodeled shower blends timeless style with modern functionality. The contrasting tile walls create an elegant focal point: crisp white squares keep the space light and airy, while the textured green accent tile wall adds depth and warmth.
The brushed bronze fixtures bring in a hint of luxury. Built-in niches framed with matching trim offer both convenience and style, keeping essentials close at hand without cluttering the design.
Paired with a sleek linear layout and a minimalist aesthetic, this shower feels both spa-like and highly practical. The perfect balance for a busy family.

In this primary bathroom remodel, Faye also carved out a dedicated laundry zone that feels just as stylish as it is functional. Custom built-ins and floating shelves maximize vertical storage, while the warm wood tones play beautifully against the soft sage green cabinetry. Woven baskets, glass jars, and layered décor add personality while keeping everyday essentials neatly organized.
On the opposite wall, the washer and dryer are framed by crisp white cabinetry with brass hardware, offering both storage and style. A butcher block counter above provides a practical folding space while doubling as a design moment. Details like the patterned rug and wall accents bring warmth, tying this laundry area seamlessly into the bathroom’s overall aesthetic.
The result is a laundry space that doesn’t just blend into the bathroom, it elevates it. Thoughtful design turns a daily chore into a moment of calm and beauty.
